After making sure that the transaction was finalized and you have received a receipt showing that the purchase was completed successfully but yet, the account still shows Free status(See below screenshot) please check the following before reaching out to our Support Team:

One universal rule is that if you do not have an account created before the purchase is completed or you were not logged in the account, ZenMate will create an account for you and will deliver both the account and password to you via e-mail!
* Note: it would be a good idea to check the spam folder and junk folder for the confirmation e-mail holding your account details.
Once the e-mail is located and the account information is ready, you can then use the account in the Account Dashboard by logging in. Here is your Account Dashboard Login page.
With this out of the way but yet, your account still shows ZenMate Free - please make absolutely sure that the purchase was completed and any payment form that you chose when submitting a new subscription - was indeed approved and funds have gone through. Otherwise, your account information will not be delivered.
