Purchased offline from a store ? Here is how to use the activation key.

Typically, offline purchases- namely the ones that you would make from a physical store or from third party resellers, the purchase will be accompanied with a key. You will be responsible to which account the key will be applied to. 

STEP 1: Open the Account Dashboard page: https://account.zenmate.com/en_US/account
*This is where you will find the status of your account(where displayed for this account is: FREE).

STEP 2: On the bottom part of the Account overview, you will find: Use your activation key.
Entering your 30 digit code - continue by pressing on the bubble with the label: Add:

This will upgrade your ZenMate account from FREE status into Ultimate status and you can now share the same ZenMate account across unlimited devices without the need to have an additional key.

Final notes:
1. If perhaps you have reinstalled your Windows or perhaps you wish to use ZenMate on an additional device, simply log in with the ZenMate account across all devices - without needing to add the key again.
2. The account username and password will the only information that you will need to use to log in. 
3. From the moment the key has been applied to your account, the days remaining will be shown in the upper left corner within the Account Dashboard. 

Q&A:

Q: I reinstalled Windows and lost my activation key. 
A: No need to use the Key again. Having your username and password, simply download the ZenMate software again(from within the Account Dashboard) and log in with the existing account as it will be enough to gain access to your Ultimate account. 

Q: I want to use ZenMate on a second computer, phone or tablet. What do I need ?
A: Simply download and install ZenMate VPN on the device where you wish to  encrypt your Internet traffic and make sure to log in with the same ZenMate account across all devices. No need for any additional keys.
