You can open your ZenMate Account Dashboard by accessing it directly from our home page. The dashboard has multiple tabs which serve different purposes, purposes which will be presented below.
This is where you'll find information about your account, subscription or registered devices.
The same screen also gives you the opportunity to change the e-mail, password or assign a custom username to your account. This is useful to avoid having to write your e-mail every-time.
Username: Shows your ZenMate username (typically same as your email).
Assigning an username to the account, it will the over the e-mail and will be used for login purposes but for recovery purposes - only the e-mail will be used.
Email: The email address you linked to your account which will be used to recover your account in case you forgot the password.
Password: This is where you will be able to change to a different password. To be able to change your password, you will need to know the (old)previous password.
Account Overview: Your current plan and the expiration date.
Delete my account: Gives you the possibility to delete your account.
IMPORTANT: If you delete your account, any active subscription linked with that account will be lost and cannot be recovered.
This tab will show you all your linked devices. This is also one of the places where you can add new devices. Adding devices is only required for custom / manual configurations (typically - OpenVPN).
Other platforms(Windows, MacOS, iOS or Android) will occupy a slot automatically after log-in.
This is where you'll find a history of your transactions.
