You can manage your ZenMate account online by accessing the "My account" on our home page.
The dashboard has multiple tabs for different purposes.
This is where you'll find basic information about your account type, subscription and active features.
The settings tab goes into more details and also gives you the opportunity to change certain details about your account.
Username: Shows your ZenMate username (Normally same as your email)
Email: The email address you linked to your account.
Password: Your current password.
My Devices: Shows you how many devices you are using ZenMate with.
Delete my account: Gives you the possibility to delete your account.
IMPORTANT: If you delete your account, any active subscription linked with that account will be lost and cannot be recovered.
Plan Type: Your current activated plan / subscription type.
Payment Method: The payment method you used.
This tab will show you all your active devices as well as how many you can add. This is also one of the places where you can add new devices. Please note that adding devices here is only required for custom / manual configurations (routers, openvpn, and so on). For all other apps and extensions, simply logging in with your account will be enough.
This is where you'll find a history of your transactions. You can click on the "View" button to go into more details. This is also where you can cancel your automatic renewal if you choose to do so.
Connect your Android TV
We've implemented a new system to allow users to easily connect their Smart TV's. It also provides instructions on how to activate ZenMate on your Smart TV.
