Can I get a refund for my ZenMate subscription?

As stated in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service, every user has the right of revocation without any given reason within 14 days from the purchase of the subscription (please note that all renewals are past the 14 days).

If you upgrade your subscription from Premium to Ultimate within the billing cycle, you can downgrade your account to Premium again within 14 days from that the change has been made. 

To request a refund or a downgrade, please contact support using the email address that was used to purchase your ZenMate subscription and provide us with the payment details of your purchase. Your request will then be processed as soon as possible.
