In order to claim a refund, first you will need to make sure that no more than 30 days have passed since the subscription was purchased as otherwise the refund request will fall outside of the 30 Day Money Bac Guarantee.
There are a few ways in which you can submit a refund request, all of which are made directly to the Support via written request (either via Submitting a request or via Live! Chat).
Please have as much information as possible when requesting a refund. The most useful information is:
- A reason for the request - this is to identify any areas where we could improve and solely for feedback purposes;
- The Reference number which was assigned to your purchase - To quickly identify your purchase;
- The E-mail address which you have associated with your purchase - For the same reason - to quickly identify the account and subsequently, the purchase;
- Any other receipt that could be used to locate your purchase;
Regardless of the method through which you will decide to contact the ZenMate Support Team, rest assured that your request will be treated accordingly.
If you wish to just make sure that your monthly plan will not renew but you do not wish to claim a refund - simply Deactivate the Automatic Renewal as elaborated in this tutorial.
