Sign up and verify your ZenMate account to get 7 days of the full ZenMate VPN service for free. Your Premium trial will automatically start as soon as your email address is verified, and since it's a free trial, no billing information is required.
How do I verify my account?
An email with a verification link will get sent to your email address as soon as you sign up for your ZenMate account. When you click on the link, the confirmation page will open and your free trial will start.
After the trial period expires, your account will automatically go back to the free, limited, version of ZenMate. If you want to continue using ZenMate Premium or Ultimate, you will be able to manually enter your billing information to purchase a Premium or Ultimate Subscription.
What do I do if I don’t get the email?
You can easily request a new verification email via your the account dashboard on zenmate.com. When you log in with your ZenMate credentials, you will see the option to 'send now'.
If you still don’t receive an email from us:
- Check the spam folder in your email inbox
- Make sure that there are no typos in your email address
- Contact support
What do I do if I get an error?
The link in the email is only valid for once and for a few hours time. If you receive an error, please remove all old verification emails you received from ZenMate, and request a new verification link via the account dashboard on zenmate.com.
If you still get the error, contact support. In this case, it would also help us if you let us know what the error message says.
