The ZenMate Ultimate is subscription based, which is a recurring payment. If you don’t wish to continue your subscription, you have the choice to cancel it before the next renewal due date.
By cancelling your subscription you are stopping any upcoming payments after the expiration date. However, your account will remain as Ultimate until the expiry date,
The expiry date is visible in the Account Dashboard in the "My subscription tab" where you will find the mention: Your next payment is due on.

You can easily cancel(stop) your subscription by following these steps:
- Log in to your account dashboard;
- Go to 'My subscriptions'
- Here you’ll find the option'Turn auto-renewal off'' in the right side of the page
I subscribed via the ZenMate mobile app.
It is possible to purchase via Google Play Store with your Google Account or via iOS with your iTunes account and you cancel the subscription based on the conditions of the app store where you bought through.

Sadly enough, in case the purchase was made via iOS, the request needs to be submitted to Apple directly as we are not in a position to be allowed to refund a iTunes purchase.
I do see the transaction in the list
Frequently it is possible to subscribe through a different platform (Google Play / iTunes or perhaps you own a pre-paid licence key) and in such cases, for pre-paid keys - the auto renewal feature does not exist.
