Don't worry! You can easily regain access by using the form 'Oops, I forgot my password!' on the login page: https://account.zenmate.com/en_US/login
Following the link, enter your email address and click on 'Recover my details'. You will then shortly receive an email from us with a link to a page where you can set your new password.
Ensure to check your spam or junk folders as the recovery e-mail can very likely delivered there.
Questions and Answers:
Q: E-mail did not come at all. What now ?
A: Make sure that the ZenMate account is created as otherwise - with no ZenMate account associated to the e-mail, the recovery link cannot be delivered. This would be a good step in the right direction.
Q: I click "Recover my details". I have not received any e-mail.
A: Due to varying e-mail providers, the e-mail may not reach you instantly and please start by giving 10 minutes cool-down before checking your e-mail again.
Q: Waited 20 minutes but the e-mail did not arrive.
A: In such a case, please proceed with checking the spam folder or junk folder in your email. If there is no email there, please contact support and we'll help you out with recovering the account.
Q: I receive the e-mail but I get an error when clicking the link.
A: Due to your personal security, the link to change your password in the email you received is one time use and valid for a few hours and it will expire. If you click the recovery link and receive an error, please contact Support as they are very helpful.
Q: What do I do if I still can't access my account?
A: If you can't log in after you reset your password, please make sure your ZenMate application is up to date, clear cache and cookies, and if the problem persists contact support.
