Don't worry! You can easily reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot your password?' on the login page.
Following the link, enter your email address and click on 'send'. You will then shortly receive an email from us with a link to a page where you can set your new password.
What do I do if I don’t get the email?
If you don’t receive an email from us, please start with checking the spam folder in your email inbox. If there is no email there, please contact support and we'll help you out.
What do I do if I get an error?
Due to your personal security, the link to change your password in the email you received is only valid for one time and for a few hours. If you receive an error, please remove all old password reset emails you received from ZenMate, and request a new one.
If you still get the error, contact support. In this case, it would also help us if you let us know what the error message says.
What do I do if I still can't access my account?
If you can't log in after you reset your password, please make sure your ZenMate is up to date, clear cache and cookies, and if the problem persists contact support.
